By accessing or using Wayflos, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

If you use Wayflos on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Wayflos provides software tools for route planning, site and customer organization, team coordination, field workflow management, and related business operations.

The Service may include features such as CSV imports, map views, route optimization, team member assignments, mobile access, notes, comments, custom fields, dispatch tools, and subscription-based account management.

Wayflos is a software platform only. We do not provide transportation, delivery, logistics, driving, dispatch labor, emergency services, or professional field services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or subscribing to a paid plan.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Wayflos complies with all laws, regulations, employer policies, and contractual obligations applicable to your business.

If you create or manage an organization within Wayflos, you are responsible for managing access for your team members, including inviting users, assigning roles, removing users, and controlling permissions.

You are responsible for the actions of users you invite to your organization or workspace.

Wayflos may enforce seat limits, plan limits, usage limits, or feature restrictions based on your selected subscription plan.

Some features of Wayflos may require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, billing intervals, plan limits, and included features will be shown at the time of purchase or within your account dashboard.

By purchasing a paid subscription, you authorize Wayflos or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees, applicable taxes, and any additional charges associated with your plan.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options available in your account or by contacting support.

If a payment fails, Wayflos may suspend, downgrade, or terminate access to paid features until payment is successfully completed.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund amounts already paid.

Refunds may be provided at Wayflos’ discretion or where required by law. For more information about refund eligibility and how to request a refund, please review our Refund Policy.

Wayflos may offer free plans, trials, promotional pricing, or discounted access. We may modify or discontinue these offers at any time.

You retain ownership of the data, files, addresses, notes, route information, customer information, comments, images, and other content you upload or submit to Wayflos.

You grant Wayflos a limited license to process, store, display, transmit, and use your data as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and process any data you submit to Wayflos, including customer, employee, location, or field activity data.

Wayflos may provide route planning, map visualization, travel estimates, stop ordering, and related location-based features. These features are provided for planning and productivity purposes only.

Route results, travel times, distances, arrival estimates, and map data may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or affected by traffic, road closures, weather, construction, device settings, third-party data, or user input errors.

You and your team members are responsible for safe driving, compliance with traffic laws, and using independent judgment while traveling. Do not interact with Wayflos in a way that distracts from safe driving.

You agree not to misuse Wayflos or use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

You may not attempt to interfere with the security, availability, integrity, or performance of the Service.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, sublicense, or exploit the Service except as expressly permitted by Wayflos.

You may not upload malicious code, unlawful content, or data that violates the privacy, intellectual property, or other rights of any person or entity.

Wayflos may rely on third-party services for payments, hosting, authentication, maps, geocoding, routing, analytics, communications, storage, and other functionality.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms, policies, fees, or limitations imposed by those providers.

Wayflos is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of third-party services outside of our control.

Wayflos and its software, designs, trademarks, logos, content, features, workflows, and underlying technology are owned by Wayflos or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights in Wayflos to you. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service according to these Terms.

If you submit suggestions, ideas, feedback, or feature requests, you grant Wayflos the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

Wayflos may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or limit parts of the Service at any time.

We may release new features, beta features, experimental tools, or changes to existing functionality. Beta or experimental features may be incomplete, unstable, or changed without notice.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

You may stop using Wayflos at any time. Wayflos may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay required fees, create risk or legal exposure, or misuse the Service.

After termination, your right to access the Service will end. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including provisions related to payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

Wayflos is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wayflos disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

Wayflos does not guarantee any specific business outcome, cost savings, route efficiency, customer result, revenue increase, or operational improvement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wayflos will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wayflos’ total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Wayflos in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars if you have not paid Wayflos.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wayflos from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your data, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law.

Wayflos may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, or by updating the effective date on this page.

Your continued use of Wayflos after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
