2. Location and Route Data

Wayflos may process location-related information to provide route planning, map views, stop ordering, travel estimates, depot settings, site organization, team coordination, and related field workflow features.

Location-related information may include addresses, coordinates, depot locations, route geometry, assigned stops, travel estimates, and user-submitted site or customer location data.

If Wayflos offers live location or GPS-based features, we will use that information to provide the requested functionality, such as showing field activity, updating routes, or helping administrators coordinate team members.

We do not intentionally store complete credit card numbers on our own servers. Payment information is processed by our payment providers according to their own security standards and privacy practices.

Organization administrators are responsible for managing team member access, permissions, account settings, seat assignments, and organization data.

If you are invited to an organization, your use of Wayflos may also be subject to that organization’s internal policies.

12. Customer and Site Information

Wayflos may allow users to upload or store customer names, addresses, notes, photos, custom fields, visit history, and related site information.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload, store, and process this information in Wayflos.

You should avoid uploading sensitive information unless it is necessary for your legitimate business use and permitted by applicable law.

Wayflos is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
