We may also collect technical information automatically, such as device type, browser type, IP address, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, session activity, log data, and approximate location derived from device or network information.

Wayflos may process location-related information to provide route planning, map views, stop ordering, travel estimates, depot settings, site organization, team coordination, and related field workflow features.

Location-related information may include addresses, coordinates, depot locations, route geometry, assigned stops, travel estimates, and user-submitted site or customer location data.

If Wayflos offers live location or GPS-based features, we will use that information to provide the requested functionality, such as showing field activity, updating routes, or helping administrators coordinate team members.

We use information to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve Wayflos.

This includes creating and managing accounts, processing subscriptions, optimizing routes, displaying maps, storing project data, managing organizations and team members, providing customer support, sending service-related communications, preventing fraud or abuse, and improving product performance.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand usage trends, improve features, measure performance, and develop new services.

Wayflos may use third-party payment processors to handle subscriptions, invoices, taxes, payment methods, renewals, failed payments, refunds, and related billing activity.

We do not intentionally store complete credit card numbers on our own servers. Payment information is processed by our payment providers according to their own security standards and privacy practices.

We may receive limited billing information from payment processors, such as your name, email address, billing address, subscription status, plan type, transaction history, payment status, and partial payment method details.

If you are invited to an organization, your use of Wayflos may also be subject to that organization’s internal policies.

Wayflos may allow users to upload or store customer names, addresses, notes, photos, custom fields, visit history, and related site information.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload, store, and process this information in Wayflos.

You should avoid uploading sensitive information unless it is necessary for your legitimate business use and permitted by applicable law.

Wayflos is intended for business users and is not directed to children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Wayflos, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
