Wayflos is a subscription-based route planning and field team management platform. We want customers to feel confident trying our service. If you are not satisfied with your initial purchase, you may contact us to request a refund.

Refund Requests

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@wayflos.com with the email address associated with your account and a brief explanation of the issue.

Renewals

Subscription renewal payments are generally non-refundable after continued use of the service, but we may review renewal refund requests on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider and are typically returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
